Why an apartment beats a hotel room
On a business trip three things matter most: a good night's sleep, somewhere to work and not wasting time. Both of our apartments are brand new, on a quiet side street, yet only 100 metres from the pedestrian zone. Evenings are calm, and in the morning you're five minutes from coffee on Obrenovićeva Street.
- Work desk and fast Wi-Fi – laptop, video calls, late-night reports.
- Two bedrooms – travelling with a colleague, you each get your own room.
- A full kitchen with espresso machine, fridge and dishwasher – breakfast on your schedule.
- Washer-dryer and iron – tomorrow's shirt is sorted.
Parking without the search
The hardest part of central Niš is parking. Here every apartment comes with a covered space in the building courtyard, behind a barrier and under video surveillance. Your company car stays safe while you walk to meetings in town.
Check in when you arrive, invoice for your company
Check-in is self-service from 2 pm to 11 pm, so you don't depend on reception hours; if you arrive later, just let us know. An invoice for your company is available on request – add your company details in the notes.
Which apartment to choose
For one or two people travelling for work we recommend Tokyo 88: smart lighting and climate control, soundproofing and a large terrace for an evening break. West Side 99 is a great pick for a team of up to six – three smart TVs, a separate WC and a terrace.
Niš airport is about a 10-minute drive away, and the Clinical Centre and the business districts along the boulevards are just minutes by car.
