Summer at the Fortress
Nišville Jazz Festival has been bringing world-class names to the stages inside Niš Fortress for years, usually in August, alongside a lively programme of free and fringe events across town. Right after it, the Fortress hosts the Niš Film Festival with open-air screenings.
From our apartments it's about a 14-minute walk to the Fortress, through the pedestrian zone and across King Milan Square – no driving, no parking and no taxi queue after midnight.
Book early
During the festival Niš fills up and city-centre stays are booked months ahead. If you know your dates, send a request now – it's free and non-binding until we confirm.
Groups of up to 12
Each apartment sleeps up to 6, and both are in the same building – perfect for a group of friends going to the festival together who still want a proper bed each.
- A kitchen for a late breakfast after a long night
- Air conditioning – August in Niš can be hot
- A washer-dryer if you stay the whole festival
- Private courtyard parking if you drive in
After the show, the Tokyo 88 terrace is the place for one last song – quietly.
