Yes. Each apartment has a parking space in the building courtyard – covered, behind a barrier and under video surveillance. There is no extra charge; just tick “I need a parking space” in your request and you will get directions before you arrive.
Check-in is from 2 pm to 11 pm. It is self check-in: before you arrive we send detailed instructions (WhatsApp, Viber or email) for finding the building, the parking and getting in. If you arrive after 11 pm, let us know in advance and we will sort it out.
Up to 6 people: one bedroom has a large double bed, the other has two single beds, and the living room has two sofa beds. A cot for babies under 3 is free of charge.
Of course. Both apartments are in the same building, so together they sleep up to 12 – and each group still has its own kitchen, bathroom and privacy. Send a request for each apartment (or call us) and we will confirm both together.
Niš Constantine the Great Airport is about 4 km away – roughly ten minutes by car or taxi. We can arrange an airport transfer on request for an extra fee; just add your flight number in the notes.
Yes. Add your company details in the notes when you send your request and the host will prepare an invoice for your stay.
Same apartments, no middleman: there is no commission, so the price is lower, and you deal directly with the host. Nothing is charged to a card on this site – a request is free and non-binding until you receive a confirmation.
Absolutely. Both kitchens have a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and utensils. For longer stays there is also a washer-dryer and an iron.
Unfortunately not. Pets are not allowed in either apartment.
You pay on arrival and agree the payment method with the host. If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible – the cancellation terms are stated in your booking confirmation.
