Why Niš
Niš is Serbia's third-largest city: big enough for everything you need, small enough to walk. Cafés with fast internet line the pedestrian zone 100 m away, groceries and bakeries are around the corner, and the Fortress park is perfect for a lunchtime walk. Living costs are low by European standards, and Niš airport has direct flights to many European cities for weekend trips.
Quiet, safe and central
The building is new and the street is calm, so you can concentrate during the day and sleep well at night. If you have a car, it stays in the gated courtyard under video surveillance.
Monthly stays
For stays of several weeks or longer, get in touch – we're happy to agree a price for a longer booking. Tokyo 88 is our recommendation for long stays thanks to smart climate control, soundproofing and the big terrace; West Side 99 is a great alternative with three smart TVs and a balcony.
