Tokyo 88 is a spacious, luxuriously furnished 88 m² apartment on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. It blends comfort with modern details: brand new, quiet and spotless – guests rate it 10 without exception.
There are two bedrooms: a main bedroom with a large double bed and wardrobe, and a second one with two single beds. The open living space links the lounge, a dining table for six and a kitchen with an island and bar stools. The modern bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower, and there is an additional WC with a washer-dryer.
The kitchen is set up for real cooking: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and a large fridge-freezer. The living room and the bedroom have LED TVs with Netflix, and guests especially remember the record player with vinyl – and the mattresses and pillows they say beat their own at home.
Smart-home controls handle the lighting and temperature, and air conditioning keeps it comfortable all year. Step out onto the large terrace with comfortable furniture for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine above the rooftops of Niš. A private parking space in the building courtyard is available on request.
